• You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You are prohibited from transmitting any viruses, malware, or harmful code that may affect the security of the site or other users.

3. Product information and prices
• Product prices may change at any time without prior notice.
• We strive to display product images, descriptions, and colors as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that they will look exactly the same on all devices.

4. Orders and payments
• By placing an order, you agree to provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information.
• We may reject orders for reasons such as lack of availability, errors in information, or payment issues.
• Payments are processed through Shopify Payments / PayPal / Mercado Pago or others, subject to their own terms.

5. Shipping and deliveries
• Orders are shipped through external courier services.
• Estimated delivery times are 5 to 30 calendar days, depending on your location.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier service, customs, or force majeure, however, we can offer you the best possible solution.
• If the customer is not at home, the courier service will attempt delivery one more time. If it is not completed, the package will be left at a collection point indicated by us.

6. Warranty, returns and refunds
We offer a 30-day warranty only in the following cases:
• Product broken or damaged upon arrival.
• Product malfunctioning.
• Incomplete product or with missing parts.
Requirements for validating the warranty:
1. Report the problem within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Send unedited photos and videos, without the use of artificial intelligence, clearly showing the defect.
3. Attach:
• Screenshot of the delivery time (courier notification).
• Photo with visible date and time of the product.
If these requirements are not met, the warranty will not be valid.
Options upon warranty approval:
• Product replacement (subject to availability).
• Refund through the same payment method used (estimated period: 5 to 15 business days).
Warranty exclusions:
• Reports submitted after the 24-hour period.
• Damage caused by misuse or improper handling.
• Products altered, repaired, or modified by the customer.
• Unclear, edited, or manipulated evidence.
• Requests due to change of mind, incorrect sizes, or misuse.

7. Intellectual property
All contents of the store (texts, logos, images, and graphics) are property of Toddy and are protected by law before the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property. Their use without express written authorization is prohibited.

8. Limitation of liability
• We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Toddy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the products or services.
